You receive a copy of the full damage report before anything else happens.

**Step 2 — Documentation & Claim Filing Support** We prepare a detailed damage report formatted to meet insurance carrier standards. We walk you through how to file your claim, what to say to your insurer, and what documentation to submit. If you have already filed, we review your existing claim and identify anything that was missed or undervalued. We do not file the claim on your behalf (that is the homeowner's legal responsibility), but we give you everything you need to file it correctly and completely.

**Step 3 — Insurer Negotiation & Adjuster Meeting** When the insurance adjuster comes out, we are there. Our team meets the adjuster on-site, walks the roof with them, and presents our documented findings directly. If the initial estimate is too low or excludes legitimate damage, we dispute it with supporting evidence. We stay in communication with your insurer until a fair settlement is reached.

**Step 4 — Repair or Replacement Scheduling** Once your claim is approved, we schedule the repair or full replacement using the approved scope of work.
